The first ever Polish presentation of elumatec machinery for aluminium profiles processing

The first presentation of elumatec machinery for aluminium profiles processing was held on 12-14 October in Poland. During the 3-day showing, the elumatec's headquarters in Września hosted clients (current and potential) and partners from across the country and was visited by over 80 individuals from 32 companies.The invited guests had an opportunity to become familiar with the most modern machining centres in the world for aluminum SBZ 628, SBZ 151, SBZ 140. In addition, a used machine SBZ 122 was presented to show a perfectly working 6-year-old machine which elumatec prepared for production. In response to a very big interest in used machinery on the market, elumatec Poland has also used machines in its offer.Anyone who was interested in the machinery could touch, try out and see machines produced at the headquarters of the Elumatec AG in Muhlacker (Germany).The highlight of the presentation was the SBZ Center 628 which had its premiere in September 2015 in Germany during the elumatec's open days at TechDays 2015. During the show, window profile frames and sashes were processing as well as profile engravings. Currently there are 20 this kind of machines which work all over the world.The center enables automated processing of aluminium profiles in the production of doors and façades for companies beginning their production but also large industrial plants producing aluminum. This is a checked centre concept where the profile up to 10500 mm travels through machining centre. The ring tool consists of 4 to 8 high-power motorized spindles of 6kW, turns 360° around the profile and performs all programmed operations. The profile then goes to the cutting module where the shield diameter up to 650 mm performs the necessary trim and notch at both ends of the profile.The presentation in Września gave a great opportunity to meet and talk with specialists not only in terms of the same machines and their technical capabilities but also the manufacturers of profile systems and suppliers of elucad and logical software. For this occasion, special stands under the guidance of qualified technicians were prepared so that the customers could familiarize themselves with the programs and simulate machining profiles.The customers could see for themselves that the solutions proposed by elumatec can compete at the world level, meet the highest imposed standards and most importantly people that make up the company are high class and passionate professionals.These 3 days were unique and very intense. The whole team had a lot of talkings and we answered hundreds of questions. I have to admit the interest has exceeded our expectations. We consider this presentation a huge success and we surely completed our intended target because the machines found their buyers. We will definately continue this kind of meeting with our clients. We would like to carry out this type of shows more often, especially for smaller and larger interest groups.
