Guardian Industries Announcement

Guardian Industries continually strives to create value for our customers, business partners and society. Therefore, to create a more efficient and effective procurement capability, they are creating a unified sourcing and procurement group that will manage these activities for our two divisions: Guardian Glass and SRG Global. 

The combined group will identify and implement operational efficiencies and leverage Guardian's spending across all parts of our company. As part of this effort, industry have selected Ariba, an SAP company, to serve as Guardian's supplier portal provider. The vast range of tools available to us through the Ariba Network will allow to:

» Simplify supplier onboarding

» Streamline quoting activities

» Receive and send information in real-time for better communication and decision making

While we are confident that this change will improve efficiencies for all, the new platform will require a short transition period before its official launch. Moving forward, correspondences from Guardian Industries will be sent to all SRG Global and Guardian Glass supplier partners. SRG Global suppliers will see branding changes to reflect Guardian Industries, while still utilizing their current Ariba platform.
