A modern multi-function complex designed for residential, commercial and cultural purposes. It was completed earlier this year (2015). Phase one of the investment includes a complex of two buildings; an office building intended for the bank PKO BP and a four-star hotel, part of the Marriott Courtyard chain. They are an example of functionality and ergonomy. The buildings have been placed at the sea-side, neighbouring the skyscrapers Sea Towers with a view of the sea and the yacht port.
